YorkMix are hosting our first ever Variety Night – and raising money for St Leonard’s Hospice.
Join us on Friday 10 March at Fulfordgate Club & Institute for a night of family fun, with all sorts of unmissable entertainment.
There will be bingo, a disco, a raffle with some amazing prices, a live version of Victoria Charles’ famous Quizzical, a magic show by award winning conjurer Tim Lichfield – and a special guest performance from 90s pop star Berri!
Berri – aka Rebecca Sleight, who was born in York – is best known for her 1995 hit single, ‘The Sunshine After the Rain’. It peaked at number four in the UK Singles Chart.
The evening is part of the Accumulator Challenge, where people and organisations aim to turn £30 into lots more money for St Leonard’s Hospice.
The doors for the Variety Night will open at 6.30pm, with the event starting at 7pm.
Tickets are on sale now at £7 per person – or four people get in for just £20.
All proceeds from ticket purchases will go to St Leonard’s Hospice along with any money collected on the night.
So come join YorkMix Radio in what is sure to be a fun night – all while raising money for a great cause. See you there!
