We think she must have been window shopping.
This fox surprised people on their way into work this morning by taking a stroll down Coney Street.
She seem unperturbed by all the commotion at about 8.30am today (Tuesday).
Weaving her way down the street, seemingly oblivious to the many people nearby or making deliveries to the shops, the fox sauntered along the centre of the street.
With all the shops still closed, she couldn’t pick up a bargain so instead darted down a snickelway and out of sight.

Sightings of foxes in the city centre are becoming more common.
In April we shared a picture of a fox pouncing on a rat from the city walls, close to the railway station.
