Traffic lights stuck on red
The signals are stuck on red at the junction of The Mount and Dalton Terrace. This has seen traffic backing up to the Knavesmire Road junction.
It is also causing delays to First York buses on the 3, 4 and 12 routes.
Engineers are on their way.
