If you missed out on the chance to see Damon Albarn at York Minster, you weren’t the only one.
After YorkMix revealed details of the original gig last week, tickets sold out within minutes of going on sale.
But the promoters have now added a second performance, which takes place two hours after the first.

This will take place in the Minster at 8.30pm on Thursday, 2 December.
Albarn, the former frontman of Britpop sensations Blur and founder of virtual band Gorillaz, is performing the intimate shows to launch his new album ‘The Nearer The Fountain, More Pure The Stream Flows’.
Albarn described the Minster gig as the first of “a special set of short, intimate piano performances”.
These are your ticket and bundle options:
- For a ticket only, it costs £20. These are limited to one per person
- If you buy a bundle of a CD and a ticket, it costs £23.99 and you can buy up to four tickets
- A vinyl LP and a ticket is £34.99 – limited to two per person.
