Police are hunting for a bald man who struck out at a young cyclist in York.
It happened on Danebury Drive next to a bus stop at about 4.40pm on Saturday 2 November.
A young boy on a black mountain bike was cycling towards Acomb Green when he was assaulted by a man.
The victim was left with reddening to his cheekbone and some swelling.
The suspect is described as
- middle aged
- with a bald head
- wearing a grey jacket
- and blue jeans.
Police are appealing for witnesses, anyone with information or anyone who recognises the description to get in touch.
