A York shop will reopen in its new home tomorrow (Wednesday) after a super-quick turnaround.
Utopia Womenswear has vacated its home of the last four years on Spurriergate.
It followed a closing down sale launched on 27 May.
It will open tomorrow at 9am in its new location in the Coppergate Centre.
Staff have been busily transferring the stock and fittings to the new shop, previously home to York Artisan Market’s pop-up next to Flying Tiger.
It is due to open there at 9am tomorrow (Wednesday, 7 June).
Manager of Utopia Womenswear York, Katie Tennent, told YorkMix that she hoped they would get a lot of footfall to their new home.
“We have some gorgeous things. And our prices are really good as well,” she said.
Katie added that all the staff who worked in the previous store were transferring across.
And she said that the empty Spurriergate was set to become a coffee shop.
