Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust, who own Clifton Park Business Park, announced the unique rent-free offer this week.
The offer covers all the quality office suites at Clifton Park, which range from to 1,200 sq ft to 18,000 sq ft.

This offer comes in the wake of the recent news that the Human Support Group has taken 1,238 sq ft of high-quality, modern office space on the ground floor of Block A at Clifton Park on a five-year lease.
