Police investigating a murder in York are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
As YorkMix reported on the night, a man was attacked at York Station on Sunday 15 December. Police were called to the incident at 8.36pm.
The victim was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.
Sadly, the man died two days later and it turned into a murder investigation.
Today (Friday), British Transport Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses.
Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Sam Painter said: “This was a busy evening at York railway station with people travelling across the north of England.

“There were trains heading to Birmingham New Street, Leeds, Liverpool Lime Street, Manchester Airport and Hull all around the time this incident was reported.
“If you saw anything or have any information that could help our investigation, please get in touch.”
