He is Darren James Pudsey, age 45, from Upper Poppleton, York.
Sadly, the father of four died following an assault outside the Terrace Sports Bar on Fossgate in York on Tuesday (19 April).
A man in his 30s has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on bail while enquiries continue.
