A man was left in hospital with facial injuries after clashing with three other men.
The incident happened at 7.10pm on Friday (March 17) on Barfield Road, York.
Detectives say three men were involved in the clash.
A North Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: “It is believed that there were a number of witnesses present during the time of the incident and officers would like these witnesses to come forward.”
