York City’s new kit designs for 2020/21 have been unveiled, with shirts now available to pre-order from the online store.
All kits will include the iconic City ‘Y’ implemented into the collar with the home shirt featuring a red to navy gradient, navy shorts and navy socks.
The away kit was produced with a nod to the club’s heritage using traditional colours white and burgundy, which were used from 1922-1937 and in the 1970s.

And the alternate kit design will feature a blue to white design with white shorts and white socks.
Goalkeeper kits are green, yellow and white designs respectively.
Back of shirt sponsor GoStore will accompany new sleeve sponsor DWA Architects and main sponsor JM Packaging on all match and replica shirts.
Replica shirts can be pre-ordered from City’s online store.
Not ready for players

A club spokesman said: “Due to further issues with our supply chain we expect to receive delivery of our match kit after the regular season has started later in October.
“Once received we can officially ‘launch’ the new strip.
“Our manufacturers have assured that replica shirts will be delivered a couple of weeks after launch.
“In the meantime, Steve Watson’s new-look City side will turn out in last season’s ‘Y front’ design from the start of the campaign this Saturday against Warrington Rylands.”
