York Mansion House are hosting a frightening fundraising event as part of their Halloween celebrations.
The event will be raising funds for the Lord Mayor and Sheriff of York charities, and will feature a special supper, a private spooky tour, and a candlelit concert.
A Truly York Halloween Spooktacular is at York Mansion House on Sunday 20 October.
Guests to the spooktacular event will be welcomed with a unique cocktail created by the award-winning Potions Cauldron before settling in for a seasonal pie and pea supper.
Then explore the house for hidden souls and embark on a private tour of York with Mad Alice of ‘The Bloody Tour of York’.
To end the evening, there will be a candlelit concert from York singing star Alistair Griffin. He will perform a Halloween-themed set for guests to enjoy, and each guest will also receive a complimentary drink and goody bag.
Lord Mayor of York, Cllr Margaret Wells, said, “This event is truly going to be a highlight of the spooky season and a must do for Halloween!
“Any event at York Mansion House is special and this will be no exception. Guests will get to enjoy the house by candlelight whilst singing along to the Monster Mash in the spectacular state room.”
Tickets for this special spooky event are £30 and are available via Eventbrite.
