A woman was cut free from her car after a crash in York.
Police, ambulance and fire crews went to the collision, on Heworth Green close to the Monkgate roundabout, at about 5pm on Wednesday (May 17).
The woman was trapped after one car hit the side of another.
Firefighters from York and Acomb were able to cut her free. Paramedics checked the woman and fortunately she was unhurt.
