Woman dies after car crashes into offices in North Yorkshire town
A woman has died after a car crashed into an office building in Whitby.
The incident happened last Monday (25 October) at about 11.35am, on Bagdale, Whitby, at the junction with Brunswick Street.
A red Honda Civic mounted the pavement and collided with the building.
Two people were in the car. The 80-year-old male driver and the 79-year-old woman passenger, both from the Whitby area, were taken to hospital following the collision.
Sadly, the woman died as a result of her injuries on Friday (29 October).
Police would like any pedestrians and drivers in the area at the time and saw the red Honda Civic to contact police.
