Location: A64 West, Copmanthorpe to Bilbrough
Fire crews attended a single vehicle road traffic collision on the A64, and on arrival found one female casualty trapped in the vehicle suffering a fracture to the left arm.
Fire crews from York and Acomb extricated the female from the vehicle using hydraulic cutting gear, and was taken to hospital my road ambulance.
