When you’re alone and life is making you lonely, you can always go… down the Barbican. Because the legend that is Petula Clark hits the Barbican Centre this October.
One of the best-selling British female artists in history, she will be performing at the York Barbican on Sunday, October 6 as part of her first UK tour in five years. Tickets go on sale this Friday, February 15, from 10am, priced from £19.50 to £45.
Petula cut her first record in 1949 and since then has gone on to sell over 68 million records worldwide.
Famous for hits such as Downtown, Colour My World, I Know A Place and Don’t Sleep In The Subway, Petula will be performing songs from her impressive back catalogue.
She will also be promoting her new album Lost In You, which contains brand new songs as well as covers of well known classics like Gnarls Barkely’s Crazy, Elvis Presley’s Love Me Tender and The Beatles’ Imagine.
