Here’s to looking forward to the weekend!
This weekend there’s theatre fun with Pride and Prejudice* (*sort of) at York Theatre Royal and 101 Dalmatians at the Grand Opera House, the return of the Aesthetica Short Film Festival, cracking comedy with Simon Brodkin and Ali Woods, and a chance to see some fireworks for a great cause with the North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service Charity Bonfire and Fireworks Display.

Join us for our charity bonfire and firework display at Rawcliffe Country Park, York, with live music, fun fair & refreshments, and licensed bar. New for this year is the ‘Family & Young Children’s Mini Display’.

The smash hit musical 101 Dalmatians is coming to Grand Opera House York, starring Kym Marsh (Coronation Street, Hear’say) as the greatest villain of them all, Cruella De Vil. Rise Up to Empower Women
Local artists will take you on a journey through pop music and musical theatre sharing powerful and moving stories of women who are survivors.
