What do you like to dunk into your tea? A custard cream? A hob-nob?
How about a superhero?
To mark Yorkshire Day today, the legend that is Yorkshire Man pulled off the epic feat of diving into a giant mug of tea at the York Maze.
And the YorkMix team were there to witness the whole thing live.

Before the danger-laden jump, our hero dunked a giant teabag in the enormous mug. Only when it was properly brewed – but not stewed – did he prepare to dive.
Accompanied by the New York Brass Band, and counted down by a crowd gathered to nervously watch the stunt, Yorkshireman plummeted into the brew without flinching.
The only hitch was his green underpants slipped from their position. But luckily he wears them over his tights, like all proper superheroes.
Also part of the Yorkshire Day festivities was the final of the Yorkshire Pudding Tossing Competition.
Young and old battled to fling the regional comestible as far as possible. Here are some of the competitors:
York Maze is one of Europe’s biggest mazes. This year, the design is a huge image of the boy pharaoh Tutankhamun to mark 100 years since the discovery of the ancient Egyptian’s tomb.
