The ghosts have gathered. And they are ready for you…
Ghosts After Dark opened at York Museum Gardens tonight (Thursday, 7 November) and for anyone who likes a spooky tingle, it’s a must see.
All 45 of the 3D spectres seen dotted around York for the last few weeks are grouped in one space.

And thanks to dynamic lighting, a spooky soundtrack and a liberal cloud of dry ice, you see the spirits come to life in new ways.
And there’s a new ghost to find – the medieval pig…
Adding another layer of creepy fun are the six storytellers dotted around the park.
You can learn of York’s fascinatingly grim past with Mad Alice, or don headphones and follow Dorian Deathly towards the spectral figures lurking amid the gravestones in the churchyard.
It’s fun for all the family – children will always remember the night they met 46 ghosts in a dark corner of York!
Ghosts After Dark runs until Sunday (10 November).
There are still some tickets left (adults £7.50, children up to 15 £1) on the Yorkshire Museum website.
