Emergency services were called to a crash on the A1M in North Yorkshire last night (Sunday).
The two-vehicle collision happened near Leeming at about 6pm.
Firefighters from Northallerton, Colburn and Bedale were called to the incident.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “The collision also affected the A6055 bypass with one of the vehicles rolling over the embankment.
“One adult and two children were checked over on scene by paramedics.
“Crews stabilised the vehicle and made the scene safe of both roads.”
