The girl reported missing from her home in York has been found safe in West Yorkshire.
Police launched an urgent appeal to find the girl, 15, after she was reported missing from home by her concerned family on Friday evening (30 June).
This evening (Sunday), a North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The 15-year-old girl reported missing from York has been found safe and well on Sunday afternoon in the Shipley area by West Yorkshire Police.
“Thank you to everyone who has supported the missing person appeal.
“Your care is greatly appreciated.”
