AB Sundecks 1895 Cup Final featuring York City Knights at Wembley Stadium is going ahead.
Featherstone Rovers have confirmed that they have had negative PCR tests from all the players involved there.
Featherstone Rovers had a number of positive tests for Covid-19 earlier this week which raised doubts about their ability to participate in the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup Final against York City Knights at Wembley Stadium.
To recognise the risk of further transmission the RFL’s Multiple Cases Group determined that an additional round of PCR tests for the Featherstone squad should be conducted.
The results were received overnight, allowing today’s decision on the viability of the match.
