Emergency services were called out after two people were hurt in a fall in York late last night (Sunday).
Firefighters were called to the incident on Priory Street at 11.31pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Ambulance requested fire assistance in helping move two persons who had fallen backwards downstairs, down four flights of stairs, and to the ambulance.”
