Police want to speak to him following an assault in York city centre.
It happened on Parliament Street at about 12.35am on Friday, 16 May.
Two people were assaulted by two unknown men.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Police are appealing for any information regarding the man captured in the above CCTV image, as he may have information that will assist our investigation.”
