Two men have been arrested by police investigating a sexual assault in York.
It happened between 2am and 2.30am on Sunday 20 June. The victim was approached by a man on the pedestrian crossing near to Dominic Pizza on Lawrence Street.
He struck up a conversation with her.

They were joined a short time later by another man who continued to walk along Lawrence Street with them before they turned off to walk along the path at the side of St Lawrence Church grounds.
The woman was then sexually assaulted but managed to run off from the men before coming across a group of people who walked her home.
Police issued an appeal and CCTV stills of the men they wanted to question.
Today North Yorkshire Police said on social media: “Two men have been arrested in connection with a sexual assault in the Lawrence Street area of York on 20 June.
“Thank you to everyone who shared our appeals for information about this incident.”
