A number of items were stolen from a home in York during a Sunday afternoon break-in.
Thieves forced their way into the property on Main Street, Heslington, between 12pm and 5pm on Sunday (19 March).
They stole items including jewellery, digital camera, a portable TV and black Kindle e-book.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Officers are appealing anyone who witnessed anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time of the burglary to contact them.
“They’d particularly like to speak to anyone who captured dashcam or doorbell footage of anyone seen in and around the area of Main Street, either on foot or on bicycles, between the times stated.”
A man and a woman both from York have been arrested in connection with the incident.
