It will be a very special culinary experience.
Three Michelin-starred chefs are to create a six course menu in stunning surroundings in the heart of York.
The Estrella Damm Chef Sessions will be hosted by chef Andrew Pern at the Grade-II listed York Minster Refectory on Wednesday, 22 November.
He will be cooking a six-course tasting menu alongside two other Michelin-starred chefs: Tom De Keyser, head chef at The Hand and Flowers and Mark Birchall, chef patron of Moor Hall.
The three chefs, who collectively boast five Michelin stars alongside a Michelin Green Star, (Moor Hall), work with Estrella Damm as Chef Ambassadors.

A spokesperson said: “The team behind the beer of Barcelona, given Estrella Damm’s strong links with gastronomy, is thrilled to bring such a unique experience to the striking venue.
“Opened by King Charles earlier this year, the York Minister Refectory is ideal to host these renowned chefs, ensuring epicurean pleasure to the highest form.”
