It’s set to be a great summer for film-lovers – as the ‘UK’s biggest outdoor cinema’ is coming our way.
Adventure Cinema are touring some of the most picturesque locations across the UK – and they’re bringing a spectacular outdoor cinema experience to the grounds of Castle Howard.
Bringing a mix of classics, musicals, big blockbusters and family-friendly films, there’ll be something for everyone.
Adventure Cinema is at Castle Howard from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 August 2023.
There will be five films showing over the weekend.
Kicking off the film-fest on the Friday is the new Elvis, starring Austin Butler. Saturday is a musical-filled day with Matilda the Musical and Grease, and on the Sunday is The Greatest Showman Sing-a-Long and Top Gun: Maverick.
There will hot food and snacks available as well as an on-site bar, and people are welcome to bring their own picnics and drinks.
Standard tickets – where you bring your own blanket or camping chair – are £15.50. There is also a premium ticket option that includes a luxury deck chair in a prime position for £21.50
