House prices are continuing to spiral in York.

Nationally, prices have been falling for four months in a row, between September and December.

But as we reported yesterday, York recorded the strongest house price inflation across England and Wales’s towns and cities in 2022.

Over the past year, house prices in the city have grown by 23.1%, or £69,648 on average.
