Emergency services were called to help a York teenager with a leg injury last night (Monday).
It happened shortly after 10pm on Bootham.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “The Acomb crew was requested by an ambulance to attend and assist with a teenage male with a leg injury, who was stuck on the wrong side of a fence.
“On arrival, ambulance paramedics had managed to get to the male and the fire and rescue crew were no longer required.”
