Comedian and dancing king Chris McCausland is coming to York on his upcoming mega tour.
After 12 incredible weeks defying all expectations as BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing first blind contestant, Chris won the competition and lifted the coveted glitterball trophy with dance partner Dianne Buswell.
Now he’s heading out on his extended Yonks! tour from next year – and the Strictly Come Dancing champion is performing not one, but two shows in York at the Grand Opera House on Monday 3 February 2025 and Sunday 17 May 2026.
As well as winning Strictly, Chris is also known for his appearances on comedy shows like Would I Lie to You, Have I Got News for You, The Last Leg, Live at the Apollo, and more.
Described as ‘yonks in the making’, audiences to the new tour can expect to receive a masterclass in stand up comedy.
But don’t wait around to book your tickets!
Tickets for the upcoming show at the Grand Opera House in February are already sold out, but there are still tickets available for the show in 2026.
The remaining tickets are available for £35.18 via the theatre website.
