Police have questioned a man in connection with the fire that gutted the Star Inn.
The blaze, which devastated the restaurant at the 14th century inn in Harome near Helmsley, began just before 10.15pm on 24 November.
Soon afterwards, police and fire investigators said they were treating the fire as arson.

Today (Monday), North Yorkshire Police issued an update on their investigation.
A force spokesperson said: “Police investigating the serious fire at The Star Inn restaurant in Harome have interviewed a man in connection with the incident.
“The man voluntarily attended a local police station and was interviewed under caution, he was in the area on the night of the fire.”
