Lockdown is easing but Covid has had a huge impact on people, families, communities and organisations across Selby District.
Are you anxious about going out after so long cooped up at home, are debts piling up and you don’t know where to turn for help? Maybe your job is in jeopardy and you need urgent advice, or do you need community transport to help you get to vital appointments?
How do you think coming out of Covid is going to affect you?
Selby District AVS is working with North Yorkshire County Council to target where help is needed for thousands of people across the District, and they need residents and business owners to take part in a Coming Out of Covid Survey.
“It really is a wonderful opportunity for people in Selby District to have their say about how we help shape services and direct resources to where they are most needed” says SDAVS Chief Officer, Chris Hailey-Norris.
“The survey takes just a couple of minutes to complete and the potential impact on the future of our District is huge” says Chris, who, along with his team at SDAVS has been consistently providing community support throughout the pandemic.
You can complete the survey on line, https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/SDCovid2021, get a paper-based survey which can be emailed to you [email protected] or speak to one of our staff who can help you complete the questions by telephoning 01757 291111.
Selby District AVS will hold the data to create reports on the impact of Covid and the future needs of people across Selby District but personal details will not be shared in these reports.
