Second York date added for Ricky Gervais after first sells out in minutes

Unprecedented demand for Ricky Gervais tickets has seen the York Barbican add a second date.

As we reported earlier this week the star comedian is bringing his new stand up show to York next month.

But tickets for SuperNature on May 13 sold out within two minutes of going on sale at 10am today (Thursday 18 April).

So a second night has been added on Tuesday, 14 May with tickets now on sale.
