Firefighters have been battling a large blaze in Whitby.
Crews from Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay were called to a large barn fire near to New Gardens, off Green Lane, at 7.08pm.
The barn, measuring 25m by 10m (82ft by 33ft) was well alight.

About 200 bales of hay were involved in the fire.
Four more fire appliances were called to the scene from Lythe, Scarborough and Danby, alongside the water bowser from Tadcaster and supporting appliances from Malton and Thirsk.
The incident is ongoing this morning.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said last night: “We are currently on the scene of a barn fire near to New Gardens, off Green Lane in Whitby.
“North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue are currently working to extinguish the blaze.
“We are asking people not to attend the area and to keep all access roads open for emergency services.
“The fire service are asking for residents nearby to return to their properties please. Should new information become available, they will contact you at home.”
