Reptiles, ghosts and murder, oh my!
Murder at Reptilian Park, new comedy murder-mystery written by Perri Ann Barley, is the latest play from The Blue Light Theatre Company.
Reptilian Park is home to the best thrill rides and attractions, and the largest Reptile House in the country – with some of the world’s ‘deadliest’ creatures. But behind the scenes the staff find themselves caught up in a web of lies, deceit, secrets, ghosts, and murder. Can you work out whodunnit?
Murder at Reptilian Park is at The Galtres Centre, Easingwold, from Thursday 20 to Saturday 22 June 2024.
The Blue Light Theatre Company is made up of a mixture of Yorkshire Ambulance Service staff and performers from the York area, who originally formed to raise money for a colleague who had been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.
They are known for delivering a humorous and high-quality pantomime every year, and last year celebrated their 10 year anniversary. To date they have raised over £23,000 for charity.
Perri Ann Barley has written all ten of the Blue Light pantomimes, and has branched out to write more plays for the theatre company, including another comedy murder-mystery ‘A Performance to Die For’.
Murder at Reptilian Park will have four performances at the Galtres Centre.
Don’t miss your chance to experience this hilarious adventure that will keep you guessing until the end – and all written by a York playwright.
Tickets for Murder at Reptilian Park cost £12 and are available via the Galtres Centre website.
