Pork spillage causes traffic delays on main North Yorkshire road

A lorry has shed its load of pork on a main North Yorkshire road this afternoon.

The incident happened on the A170 near Thirsk at about 1pm.

While the road is still open, the blockage is causing delays as traffic moves through.

North Yorkshire Police are on scene and managing the traffic.
