A large group of drivers gathered to race along a North Yorkshire road – and it’s becoming a “regular occurrence” say police.
Officers were made aware of a large group of vehicles at Selby Fork, South Milford, “racing and driving in an anti-social manner” at 9pm on Sunday.
PC Cobbold of the Sherburn Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Officers attended the area and the group were dispersed.

“We are aware that this is becoming a regular occurrence again and officers from the Road Policing Group and Neighbourhood Teams will be conducting targeted patrols in the area.
“If you are considering attending one of these gatherings we would strongly advise against it and we will be dealing with any offences robustly.”
