Police have acted after being contacted by York residents about bikers causing a nuisance in their area.
Officers seized two-off road bikes being ridden around New Earswick.
They said the riders had no helmets, and no documents for the vehicles.
Police seized the bikes and issued the riders with a section 59 order explaining the seizure.
