A York man who had been reported missing has now been found.
The man, 41, was last seen on Haxby Road in York, close to New Earswick, at around 2.50pm on Friday (29 March).
North Yorkshire Police launched an appeal to find him, saying: “We’re growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
This afternoon shortly after 5pm, the force issued this welcome update: “Earlier today we shared an appeal to find a missing 41-year old man from York.
“We’re pleased to report that he has been found safe and well.
“Many thanks to everyone who shared our appeal.”
