Police believe a woman wanted for attempted murder is in York.
They are hunting for Anne Louise Ellerby and are asking the public to be on the lookout for her.
Ellerby is 44 and “has links to the York area which is where we believe she currently is,” said a North Yorkshire Police spokesperson.
“Extensive enquiries have been carried out to locate her, but to date she has evaded arrest.”
If you have an immediate sighting of Ellerby, you are asked to call police on 999.
