He is on the run and wanted by North Yorkshire Police.
Officers say Ryan Massa, 27, from York, failed to appear at court in relation to a drugs charge.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Despite conducting enquiries we have not yet been able to locate him.
“He is thought to be in the York area.”
