Police and fire crews were called to an incident where a man was threatening to set his home on fire in York last night (Wednesday).
Firefighters were called to the property in Huntington at 7.32pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Police requested our assistance with a male who was threatening to set fire to his property.
“Crews liaised with police on scene and male was left in care of police.
“No fire and no further action taken by our crew.”
