York police are appealing for witnesses after a decorator’s van was stolen from a local sports club.
The van, a white Nissan Kubistar with Bellerby Decorating written on the side in blue, was stolen from York Sports Club, on Shipton Road, sometime during Wednesday 12 December 2012.
The vehicle’s registration number is YF53 TSV, however officers believe it may now have false plates fitted.
Anyone with information that can help to locate the stolen van is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 – select option 2 – and ask for PC Phil Kennedy or York police.
