One person was injured in a car crash in Easingwold last night (Saturday).
Emergency services were called to Stillington Road in the town at 7.41pm.
An occupant of the car had to be cut free from the wreckage by firefighters.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from Tadcaster and Acomb responded to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision.
One person was extricated from the vehicle and left in the care of paramedics on scene for further treatment.
“Crews used hydraulic cutters and stabilisation equipment.”
