The passenger who was injured in a plane crash in North Yorkshire later died from their injuries, it has emerged.
Emergency services were called to the incident at Leeds East Airport, formerly RAF Church Fenton, on 11 April last year.
The Cessna T210M had flipped on its roof on the runway as it attempted to take off.
The plane’s occupants, two men in their 70s, were taken to hospital. One was in a critical condition.
Now the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) has revealed that the passenger died, news that was not released at the time.

In an anniversary update into their investigation, the AAIB also gave more details of what they were focusing on.
The update says: “The aircraft was taking off from Runway 24 when control was lost and the aircraft came to rest inverted at the far end of the runway.
“Sadly, the passenger succumbed to their injuries several days later.
“The investigation has been focused on the autopilot system and also investigating potential safety actions to aid pilots in the use of autopilots in any General Aviation aircraft.
“The investigation is ongoing, and the final report is expected to be published in due course.”
