Osmondmania has come to York – as hit new musical The Osmonds plays at the Grand Opera House this week.
The new musical is written by middle brother Jay Osmond, and follows the five brothers from Utah who were pushed into the spotlight as children and went on to create smash hits decade after decade.
The famous Osmond was also in York this week to see the show and the many wonderful sights of the city.
Check out our interview with Jay Osmond below to find out more about the show.
“To see the response from not only our wonderful fans who’ve followed us over the years, where people come out saying ‘I feel like I’m 15 years old again’ and to see them dancing and singing the songs.
“To have them actually feel like they’re part of us – which they are. Our fans were such a part of our family and I wanted them to have that feeling when they left.
“People are enjoying it, and loving it and that makes me so thrilled.”
You can still catch The Osmonds at Grand Opera House until Saturday 6 August. Tickets are available via their website here.
