Several fire crews tackled a big fire near York on Saturday evening.
They were called to the incident at Dunnington at 4.40pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from York, Acomb, Easingwold, Tadcaster and Tadcaster’s water bowser responded to an agricultural building with 300 straw bales inside on fire.
“This incident is still currently on going.”
On Sunday morning, a fire service spokesperson said the fire was out. Crews would be returning to the scene again to check on the incident and damp down if necessary.
