An afternoon drink turned into a mass fight at a York beer garden.
Around 20 people were involved in the brawl in the Judge’s Lodging grounds on Lendal, and in the street outside.
It happened on the afternoon of Saturday, October 22. Police were called at around 1.30pm.
Detectives are appealing to any customers or passing members of the public who witnessed the incident to get in touch.
They would also like to hear from anyone who has any video footage or still images of the disorder.
Police have not received any reports of anyone being injured during the disturbance.
