A man jailed for the Finsbury Park mosque attack may lose the sight in one eye after being stabbed by an inmate.
Darren Osborne (Pictured) who is 51 and is serving life for the murder of a man outside the mosque in London, was stabbed at Full Sutton jail last year.
Patrick Chandler attacked him with a sharpened wooden tool on a prison sports pitch. He pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm and has been ordered to serve a further eight years in jail on top of his previous life sentence for a murder in Essex.
Osborne has been left with permanent damage to his eye.
He was jailed for life for murdering Makram Ali after deliberately ploughing into a crowd of people in north London in June 2017.
